Chez Toubib treats minor aches, major disasters and patients who only came to ask whether that color is normal. At reception, everyone receives a form, a number and the comforting certainty that someone will eventually call their name—probably after they recover on their own.

Every consultation begins with ‘What brings you in?’ even when the patient arrives on a stretcher with an arrow lodged in their backside. The staff remains professional under all circumstances: they only laugh after closing the door and spelling the diagnosis correctly.

The slogan promises to treat every little ache but does not specify the order or how many bandages it will take. If treatment fails, Chez Toubib offers a follow-up appointment. If the follow-up also fails, it becomes personalized care, which already sounds much more expensive.
