Identity
EVERYWHERE,NEVER UNITED
The NPCs are ZOZO CITY’s ordinary residents, the ones moving through every plot without always realizing they are already part of the scene. They are not a gang, but their numbers and presence throughout the city make them a faction nonetheless.
Their main problem is a lack of solidarity. Everyone protects their store, their building or their sandwich while the gangs, the High Authority and corporations move the pieces above their heads.
