FINN NEXX is ZOZO CITY’s youngest governor and watches over the Reserve, where he knows every harvest, every stockpile and every negotiation. Beneath his calm, sage-like demeanor is a tough negotiator whenever resources must be divided.
Supplies have been shrinking and harvests weakening for several years. FINN suspects a red blight is eating away at the soil, though he does not yet know whether it is a disease, a conspiracy or a Water Mafia operation.
He trades the latest news from across the zones with his childhood friend D-FOX and tries to determine who is emptying the silos.
