Elected amid corruption, he rules ZOZO CITY with an iron fist, the greed of a banker and the ambition of a tyrant who has just discovered renewable terms. As crooked as ALPHA SQUAL, he is secretly preparing to sabotage the other six zones, centralize power and hold the Presidency for life.
He plans to launch his scheme from the Great Rift, whose problems could spread across the entire island. MARCUS WHITE, whom he pardoned and appointed governor, is his strongest foothold.
